Strengthening Our Region Through Collective Action
Our community plays a vital role in identifying regional needs and finding tangible solutions. With the generous support of Edison International, Whitebark Institute awarded $65,000 in grants to community members and organizations across Inyo and Mono Counties. These 13 grants, each valued at $5,000, fund local projects that strengthen community bonds, encourage shared responsibility, and find practical solutions.

From wildfire prevention initiatives to environmental stewardship efforts, these projects highlight the power of collaboration and a shared commitment to a healthier, more sustainable future for our region.
